The Challenge

Why Data × Power

AI is driving unprecedented electricity demand. Meeting it requires coordination between AI infrastructure operators, energy producers, infrastructure developers, and policymakers.

Data × Power convenes these leaders for focused dialogue on next-generation AI infrastructure and energy systems.

Summit Objective

Shaping the Next Generation of
Data-Power Infrastructure

A private working summit for senior leaders shaping the next generation of AI infrastructure and energy systems.

Participants will distill lessons from Wyoming energy and digital campus projects, define frameworks for national adoption, and translate insights into investable pathways.

Wyoming combines ample land, firm power, and a stable regulatory environment. State leadership has positioned it as a proving ground for scalable, energy-secure digital campuses.

Why Wyoming

The Wyoming Advantage

Ample Land + Siting Readiness

Vast parcels near transmission corridors with the lowest population density in the lower 48. Space and buffer zones for hyperscale facilities without land-use conflicts.

Firm Power Pathways

Nuclear, natural gas, wind, and solar. TerraPower's Natrium reactor in Kemmerer signals firm, zero-carbon baseload generation built for industrial demand.

Regulatory & Fiscal Advantage

Streamlined permitting. No state corporate or personal income tax. One of the lowest tax burdens in the nation.

Natural Cooling Climate

Semi-arid conditions average 45°F with low humidity, enabling free-air cooling most of the year. Dramatically lower mechanical cooling costs.

Execution Culture + Workforce

Industrial workforce experienced in pipelines, power plants, and high-voltage transmission. Skills transfer directly to data center buildout.

Community + Energy Heritage

A century of energy production has created communities that understand large infrastructure. Local leaders partner with developers, not resist them.
